Sometimes, thinking up a name for a painting is actually harder than painting the scene itself! My Mom, who is always thinking of others, has been compiling a list of painting names for me whenever she comes up with something clever. For these two paintings, I picked titles from her list. I think they work perfectly. Thanks Mom!
This Tuesday evening (01/31/17) is Opening Night of the Punahou Carnival's Art Gallery. This will be my fifth year participating in this event, and it is still such an honor to have 12 of my palette knife paintings included along with so many other fabulous artists.
The show’s public opening is Tuesday night from 4:30 – 8 p.m. and will also run through the duration of the Carnival, which is two days only – Friday and Saturday, February 3rd & 4th, from 11 a.m. till 11 p.m.
