CHICKIE's WING DING SURF SHACK

This is the tropical little beach that fronts Heavenly Hibiscus Valley.
It's where you will usually find Ulu's cousin, HuevosNoMoa, hanging ten with his sassy brassy surf chicks.

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT....AND WAIT...

These baby pineapples were planted over two years ago. They were from the tops of previous pineapples I had grown in this same pot. They require very little maintenance, and three plants grew amazingly well in this small, shallow pot. Although I had to be extremely patient, waiting over two years, for these little guys to produce fruits no bigger than the size of a baseball, what they lack in size, they make up for in taste! They are the sweetest, juiciest little pineapples ever. I am not even really a fan of pineapple, but for these, I will continue to ever so patiently, continue to grow, year after (two) year......

GUMBY's DISCO DAZE - 54 Special- Odysea Surfboard Painting

I love my little Gumby 4'6" foamie fun board.
Today I Posca'd the bottom of it. I didn't spend time trying to come up with something spectacular, because I don't think the paint will last very long on a plastic bottomed foamie board. It was just for fun! We very occasionally have "disco day" while out surfing, creating new surf lyrics to old 70's disco songs, and singing them as we fly down the face of the waves.
Bertha may be a HARD ROCK, but she likes DISCO!
